Wild Fennel is a warm climate perennial plant 3-4 feet/100-130cm tall, with branched erect stems bearing yellowish umbrella inflorescences. Finely cut, delicate leaves perfect for flavoring roasts and seafood. Seeds lend an anise flavor to baking.
