Green Bunching Onion
(Cipolla da cipollotti a mazzi) Sometimes known in Europe as chives, we would call them green or bunching onions here in North America. Produces numerous elongated stalks, cylindrical without bulbs at the base, with a robust flavor. A wonderful addition to salads and cooked dishes, or lay a few on the grill--baste with olive oil and your favorite seasonings--fantastic. Try pairing with our ZCL02 Red Bunching Onion. UNTREATED
