Old Long Island heirloom known as the original 'Cheese Wheel' pumpkin or squash. Smooth, heavily ribbed, tanned skin with a deep orange somewhat sweet flesh. Not as prolific as some of the modern hybrids, but one of our favorite baking varieties for flavor.
