This is the organic offering by Bavicchi of a fine spinach selection. Winter Giant (gigante d'inverno) is a very hardy plant, with broad, intense green leaves. True to it's name, it is very resistant to cold and humidity. Spinach is an excellent food, especially because of its very high content of mineral salts (K, P, Ca, Na, Mg, Fe).
