Erect, medium-tall celery, with thin stalks, aromatic. Treat this celery as more of a herb or fresh cutting variety as its flavor is more intense--great to add to your favorite salad or soup. Can also be hung to dry to use for seasoning later. Somewhat easier to grow than stalk celery. UNTREATED
