Here's a wonderful organic addition to Bavicchi's Geo line. Radishes are a gastric stimulant, facilitating the secretion of saliva and gastric juices, stimulating the appetite. Although they have a relatively poor energy value, radishes have a high content of mineral salts. They are a particularly excellent food when used as sprouts.
