If you're looking for the classic Italian sun-dried tomato, look no further. Small globular variety; elongated and pointed at the bottom, growing in approx. 2 lb. bunches. A heavy producer, the skin is thick and resistant to damage, making it possible to hang the fruits, inside the house or outside in warm climates (in a sheltered area), for consumption during winter months. Control watering to a minimum during ripening and harvest for ease of drying. Great eaten fresh, too, for its rich, classic tomato flavor. Indeterminate. UNTREATED
