(yellow bull's horn) Large, elongated, pointed-tip pepper, which turns yellow when ripe, 6 inches or more in length. Sweet and delicious, the yellow bull's horn seed is rarely available here in North America. Try eating not only fresh, but stir-fried, fried as they do in Italy, or grilled as we do here in NM.
