This pepper and its yellow cousin are the most popular of the Italian bells. They are exceptionally large and have strong production. the fruit is squarish, normally with four lobes, brilliant green color which becomes rich red when ripe; sweet flavor, can be eaten either raw or cooked. Consistently performs well in field tests. UNTREATED
