This is a premium organic selection of the famous Borlotto Shelling Bean, 'Lingua di Fuoco'. Dwarf (bush) variety, hardy, widely cultivated for its enormous production of green pods about 15cm long, with red spreckles. A high energy value food, high in protein (7-10%) and mineral salts (P, Ca, Fe).
