Produces numerous many-branched stems with dense floral spikes. This 2-3 foot (60-100cm) tall southern Europe native adds a glorious display in the back of any garden with a wonderful mix of brilliant colors from summer through frost. Easy to see this is a close relative to the perennial delphiniums, best to sow in place where it will grow, be sure to thin the seedlings to give this plant plenty of room for best color.
