Agretti or Roscano Seed
Agretti is normally sown in spring after frost. Keep the bed free of weeds and grass. When the thin grassy shoots reach 6-8 inches, they can be harvested by cutting close to the ground. The shoots will normally regrow, allowing for 3-5 harvests in a season. Agretti is normally consumed fresh and does not keep well.
